I'm on 6.2.4 and still having trouble with US OTC and New Zealand market downloads. Others OK, taking a bit less time than 6.2.3 but not as fast a previous versions. Those are better directed to the makers of Banktivity. They have live chat 7 days a week and their support is based in the US. About careers press advertise blog.

Banktivity is the most powerful personal finance manager for macOS and iOS. IGG Software, the makers of the app, have been in business for over 14 years. They are a dedicated group, trying to make the best software so you can make the best financial decisions. This subbreddit is dedicated to the discussion of Banktivity. Talk pro-tips, tips and tricks, best practices, ways to control spending, build savings or plan for the future. But keep in mind, this is NOT a good place to directly get in contact with the makers of the app.
Head to their for that.If you are new to Banktivity, check out their free trial.Be sure to before posting. No only 19 stocks in ASXSeems to be working ok but I have observed the following:.B6 must look to see what day needs to be populated. Say Thursday is empty. If it finds data in yahoo for Thursday it downloads and populates. This will occur even if today is Thursday and market is open.3. If you keep refreshing it will do so until all stocks have data for Thursday.

But it won’t update it if there is a record there. One all stocks have data it stops updating Thursday (today).Market closes, day rolls over. Now it is Friday, do a refresh and securities get updated to close of trade Thursday and B6 matches market almost to the cent for Thursday.A’s part of the above download it must find some Data for some securities for Friday and it posts these to Friday even though market is not open. The Today (Friday) is now a mix of Close of Trade Thursday and some new Friday data despite market being close.7 if I look at my 19 stocks they now don’t match broker because of these Friday updates. More updates will come until all 19 securities have new data, the figure becomes meaningless.Does that make sense??
It should either download and refresh on command to be almost real time (as updated as yahoo) or wait till close of market. Today's data and sidebar will be meaningless until close. Unfortunately it's still not fixed for users with UK mutual funds and after speaking to their support team it looks like they don't have a solution. They told me that Yahoo finance pulled the plug on the API they were using, so they now use a different solution (scraping I guess) which pulls in prices from the price history table. As UK mutual funds on Yahoo only have a current price, and no price history data, the automatic downloads just fails. No solution in the pipeline other than manual price updates - which is a painful process.
